These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern your access to and use of BuildLedger’s software, websites, and messaging programs (the “Services”). By using the Services, you agree to these Terms.
1. Your account
You must provide accurate information and are responsible for safeguarding your account credentials and for all activity under your account. You must be at least 18 years old to use the Services.
2. Use of the Services
We grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable right to use the Services for your business. You agree not to misuse the Services, interfere with their operation, or use them to violate any law or third-party rights.
3. Billing & payments
Paid plans and any payment processing (including invoice payments made through the Services) are billed as described at sign-up or on the applicable invoice. Fees are non-refundable except where required by law.
4. SMS / text messaging terms
By subscribing to BuildLedger text messages, you agree to receive recurring automated messages (account updates, job status, and billing reminders) from BuildLedger at the number provided. Message frequency varies. Message and data rates may apply — check with your mobile carrier for plan details; BuildLedger is not responsible for any charges from your carrier.
You can opt out at any time by texting STOP to any message; you will receive one confirmation message and then no further messages. For help, reply HELP or contact us at support@buildledger.app.
Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages.
Consent to receive text messages is not a condition of any purchase. See our Privacy Policy for how we handle your mobile information.
5. Your content
You retain ownership of the data and content you submit. You grant us the rights necessary to host and process it to provide the Services. You are responsible for the accuracy and legality of the content you upload.
6. Disclaimers & limitation of liability
The Services are provided “as is” without warranties of any kind to the fullest extent permitted by law. BuildLedger is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages, and our total liability is limited to the amount you paid for the Services in the twelve months preceding the claim.
